This varies person to person. Depending on goals it may take a person weeks, months, or even years to achieve the progress they want. Working out and eating good is all dependent on your goals whether its weight loss, building muscle, burning fat, or wanting to compete competitively in bodybuilding
I have a 24hr turn around time for my coaching plans. Once the plan is purchased and after you fill out your consultation form, I will have all plans sent out and emailed over within 24 hours from purchasing!
There will be a section on the website that says CANCEL MEMBERSHIP and you will be able to cancel at anytime! If you end up cancelling with 2 weeks left on a plan, you will still receive updates until your last date of coaching. It is on YOU as the client to cancel, I am not the one to be cancelling your membership if needed.
